But we are also aware that there is a lot to remember if you haven't used a campervan before, so hopefully the information in this mini-site will be a useful reference for you.

The Rental Process
1.
Day One
On the first day of hire the van will be ready for collection from 10am.
Upon your arrival we will introduce the van, walk you through how everything works, complete a pre-rental checklist and hand over the keys to the van with a full tank of fuel.
2.
Your holiday
Enjoy yourself!
If you have any questions on how anything in the van works please give us a call on 07792 181875.
3.
Final Day
On your final day, please return the van to us clean and tidy, with a full tank of fuel by 5pm.
We will check everything over with you, answer any questions and complete a post-hire checklist to formally end your rental.

RULES OF THE ROAD
We want you to have a great time, but there are important things we need you to remember...
Opening/closing the roof
Always open a window/door, and remove anything (such as bedding) from the roof first.
Height
With the roof bars, the van is just over 2m tall - you will only fit under height barriers 2.1m and above, possibly more if you have stuff on the roof.
Take Care
Whilst we want you to enjoy your time in the van, please remember this is not a fleet vehicle, but our own family campervan. Please treat it as part of the family!

This van runs on diesel!
Optional Extras
We have some optional extras you can add to your van hire experience to make your trip even more special. Please feel free to contact us via the Camplify messaging system if you have any questions....
Glawning
The Glawning - the glamorous awning - is a luxury 4m bell tent with a 'drive-away awning' meaning you can connect to the van as an extra room during the evening and disconnect during the day whilst you explore in the van, leaving the tent on site.
Able to be put up in 10 minutes (although it took us a bit longer our first time!) you can use the glawning as an extra bedroom, a lounge, or as somewhere to keep all your extra 'stuff' during your trip. It's a lovely space and adds that extra bit of glamour to your camping experience.
Listed in the optional extras section as awning when you complete your booking request.
Portable BBQ
Also available in the additional extras section is a Thor portable BBQ, gas and BBQ tools. This table top BBQ can be used on the outdoor picnic table provided with the van and is a neat, yet powerful, cast iron BBQ that includes it's own chopping board as a lid.
Luxury Hampers
We have put together a luxury hamper containing cocktail glasses, ingredients. snacks, and a picnic rug that can be selected as Van package in the Optional extras on offer. Currently available are Strawberry Daiquiri or Peach Bellini; with spirits, mixers, fruit and cocktail glasses and straws for each. Also included are a range of snacks such as olives, breadsticks, kettle crisps or nuts. We're also planning a Prosecco bundle too, but if anything takes your fancy please drop us a line and we can create a custom bundle for you! Please check out the photos for an idea of what we can offer.
Bikes
We have a range of bikes available to hire for £6 per day. Sized either small, medium or large these bikes can fit onto the bike rack included with Bodhi for touring your destination. Helmets and locks are also provided.
If you would like to include bike hire with your booking, please send us a message to discuss your needs and we'll add to the booking (not available in the Optional extra section currently).
